Action Required: New Companies House ID Verification Requirements
Dear Client,
We’re reaching out to inform you about the new ID verification requirement which is being enforced by Companies House. You may have already seen email notifications about this from companies house, our newsletter, or elsewhere in the media.
ID verification is now mandatory for all existing company directors and persons with significant control (PSC’s), with a 12-month transition period based on your confirmation statement filing date. I.e. if your confirmation statement is due on 15th December 2025 then you will need to complete the ID verification prior to this date in order for us to make the filing on-time.

What You Need To Do
You can choose to verify your identity directly with Companies House using your GOV.UK One Login.
This is a great opportunity to prepare for the mandatory requirements and avoid last-minute disruptions or late filings. However, we understand that navigating this process can sometimes be complex and time-consuming.
